Sanskrit Appreciation

Sanskrit Appreciation is an initiative by Rohini Bakshi. An M.A in Hindu Studies and Sanskrit from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London University, she has remained engaged with Sanskrit by doing whatever courses SOAS offers since. A liberal but devout Hindu, she has always wanted to read the Scriptures herself, without the mediation of any vested interest. Now her calling in life is to help revive Sanskrit in any way possible. Sanskrit Appreciation Hour on Twitter is one such effort. Her guiding principle in life is 'First Deserve. Then Desire.'
